Santa is coming early this year, chocolate lovers, bringing you three new chocolates to add to your custom boxes when you shop in participating retail stores! Our incredible factory team has been hard at work creating production quantities of three new chocolates developed by our Master Chocolatier, Patrick Senior, who has been working with chocolate for more than 30 years and who has been involved with our company since forever. Passionfruit Caramel in white chocolate
Silver medal winner, 2019 International Chocolate Awards, Canadian Division
Profile: Passionfruit caramel made with yellow golden sugar, Madagascar vanilla, Italian sea salt, and enrobed in our own creamy smooth white couverture chocolate. Quite wonderful with Tool Shed Beer's Passionfruit Ale, a sweet Riesling, or fruity Savignon Blanc.
Coffee Caramel and Cream in dark chocolate
Bronze medal winner, 2019 International Chocolate Awards, Canadian Division
Profile: Columbian Santander coffee Sea Salt Caramel enrobed in couverture dark chocolate, with a white couverture and coffee crown. Delicious paired with hot or cold brew medium roast coffee, Mocha hot chocolate, or Apothic Brew (coffee flavoured red wine).
Ruby Raspberry Meringue in Ruby Couverture
Winner of hearts and minds at our June 2019 launch of Ruby Couverture at our Victoria Park store in Calgary
Profile: Raspberry purée and vanilla meringue centre enrobed in a Ruby Couverture shell. Tart, fresh, fruity. Pairs beautifully with ginger ale or Umé Plum Sake.
