Our white couverture chocolate (28% cocoa butter) is creamy smooth on the palate with notes of cream, caramel, vanilla.

 

CHARCUTERIE

DILL FUSION  –  Couverture white chocolate bar infused with fresh dill, finished with blue cheese infused sea salt. Pairs beautifully on a charcuterie board and with :
MEATS:
mildly sweet meats like honey or maple cured hams, liver paté, or smoked salmon or other smoked fish.
CHEESES: Gouda, Gruyere, Aged Cheddar and Parmesan.
NUTS, FRUITS, PICKLES: Gerkins, salted nuts, grapes, and dried fruits (especially blueberries and other tangy varieties) also pair very well.
WINE & BEER: Suggested wine and beer pairing:  Wines: Oaked Chardonnay, Riesling, Malbec, Muscato, Sherry, Fortified Wines, Vidal Icewine. Beers: Scotch Ale, Guinness, Fruit Beer (such as apricot, lemon, or lime)
