The term "dark chocolate" refers to any chocolate that has more than 50% cocoa mass.
Our semisweet chocolate (65% cocoa) and our bittersweet chocolate (72% cocoa) are made specifically for us according to our own proprietary recipes using Rainforest Alliance Certified™ fair trade and sustainable cocoa and cocoa butter to support the farming communities of West Africa.
Our semisweet and bittersweet chocolates are perfectly balanced between cocoa and sweet, with earthy, nutty, floral, fruity, and caramel notes.
