- We do not accept product returns or exchanges.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or cheque.
- If we've made a mistake, we'll make it right.
The Cococo team takes great joy and care in making chocolates for you and the lucky recipient who receives them as a gift. All chocolate products are guaranteed to be in good condition before leaving our care. All packages are shipped directly from our chocolate factory in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Cococo Chocolatiers is not responsible for shipping delays and/or delivery issues including loss, theft, breakage, and/or damage caused by third parties like FedEx, local couriers, or Canada Post. We will not issue refunds for late shipping.
FREE SHIPPING OFFER:
We are happy to offer free Canadian shipping on orders over $75 (before tax) to most major Canadian cities with the code FREESHIP75 at checkout. Free shipping is based on the current FedEx shipping rate and is valid for orders with shipping costs under $39 (including tax). Estimated Shipping times:
FedEx Standard Overnight: 2-4 business days (but expect delays). No deliveries on holidays or weekends.
Warm Weather Shipping - April to October
Our chocolate confections are perishable, meltable, temperature-sensitive products. During warmer weather, orders will be shipped with cold packs.
During the spring and summer months (April - October) all orders are shipped only via FedEx Standard Overnight from our chocolate factory in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Monday through Thursday. Due to the perishable nature of our product, shipping in warm weather will be at your own risk.
We recommend that someone be available to accept your perishable chocolate delivery in order to prevent theft or damage to the product. FedEx will leave the parcel at your door and then go so you must keep watching for your parcel to arrive.

Any shipping delays, product damage, or delivery issues are beyond our control. We will not issue refunds for late shipping or melted chocolate.
Cool Weather Shipping - October to March
During the Winter months (October - March) all orders are shipped FedEx Standard Overnight from our chocolate factory in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Monday through Thursday, in order to minimize the 2-day transit time at the FedEx warehouse.
At checkout, customers are given the option to choose the shipping method they prefer. FedEx will leave the parcel at your door and then go so you must keep watching for your parcel to arrive.

Domestic Shipping within Canada
You will receive an email to notify you when your package has been shipped.
In general*, orders received before 12:00 pm MST Monday to Thursday will ship from our chocolate factory in Calgary, Alberta, Canada the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm MST will ship the next business day.
Order processing time is a standard 2-4 business days, depending upon delivery location and the day of the week in which that order was placed.
*PLEASE NOTE: If your order has been received on a Wednesday before a long weekend or on a Thursday during a regular week after 12:00 am MST, it will ship from our chocolate factory in Calgary, Alberta, Canada the following Monday. This is because FedEx does not deliver on holidays or weekends. We would rather keep your chocolates safe with us in our cooler than have them sit in a warm warehouse for several days, awaiting transfer.
International Shipping to the United States
You will receive an email to notify you when your package has been shipped.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Because of the perishable nature of our chocolate products, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Cococo Chocolatiers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or damaged goods

What do I do if my package is lost or damaged?
If your order is damaged or lost during transit by FedEx, we would like to know about it. Please send us an email at CustomerService@CococoInc.com with your order number and we will help track your order and contact FedEx with your shipping complaint for resolution.
If your order is damaged during shipping please send us an email within 5 days of delivery at CustomerService@CococoInc.com providing photographs of the product and saving all packaging materials and damaged goods until the investigation is concluded.
What do I do if the chocolate product doesn't meet my expectations?
Our products are perishable (made with real cream and butter), temperature-sensitive, and do not contain any artificial preservatives. Please take care in the storage of your chocolates. If you feel your chocolate is in some way disappointing, please send us an email within 5 days of purchase to CustomerService@CococoInc.com telling us where and when you purchased, the reason you are dissatisfied, and provide photographs of the product, and saving all packaging materials for our investigation.
In rare circumstances where the best resolution is a refund, the customer must return the original product to us at the address below before a full refund will be issued. Our address:
