Is white chocolate really chocolate? Yes it is! Legally, white chocolate can be called "chocolate" as long as the only fat in the ingredients is cocoa butter. Ours contains 28% sustainably-sourced cocoa butter for a gloriously smooth mouth feel.

Deliciously creamy and milky with flavour characteristics of cream, vanilla, and caramel, our couverture white chocolate is made specifically for us according to our own proprietary recipe using Rainforest Alliance Certified™ fair trade and sustainable cocoa and cocoa butter to support the farming communities of West Africa.
