WHITE CHOCOLATE PAIRINGS WITH Moscato or sweet Riesling

When it comes to chocolate pairing, you are your own expert, but generally speaking it's best to pair sweeter wines with sweeter chocolates. These products will taste great with sweeter wines like Moscato or sweet Riesling.

WHITE CHOCOLATE PAIRINGS WITH OAKED CHARDONNAY

When wine is oaked, it brings out the flavours of vanilla and cream in the white chocolate. If you don't like oaked Chardonnay, that's okay — you'll still enjoy pairing unoaked with white chocolate. Here are some suggestions:

Choose a light or medium bodied, lower alcohol sweet sparkling wine like Moscato d'Asti.
